Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Reeder account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally provided to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
